Sales Manager - CNI BESS - Benelux Region - Rotterdam, Remote

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain long-term partnerships with major customers, such as installers, utilities, commercial enterprises, and renewable energy developers.
• Lead contract discussions with clients to ensure mutual benefits and alignment with corporate goals.
• Serve as primary point of contact for critical accounts, addressing their needs and resolving difficulties quickly.
• Create personalized account strategies and long-term partnerships to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Work with internal teams to meet customer demands, surpass expectations, and improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets by proactively generating leads, acquiring customers, arranging promotions, and following up consistently.
• Collaborate with marketing departments to generate sales literature, presentations, and proposals to enhance the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 3+ years' of sales experience in the Renewable sector, preferably BESS and/ or Inverters
• Have strategic thinking and excellent business planning
• Strong grasp of the Dutch market and industry trends.
• Strong communication, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Native Dutch speaker with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Be willing to travel throughout The Netherlands
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
