This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager (Real Estate) located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include coordinating with the marketing team, conducting market analysis, providing training and support to team members, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports and forecasts, and working towards meeting the company’s sales objectives.

• Sales experience in the real estate sector, including developing and executing sales strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to provide training and support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relationship management
• Proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the Gurgaon real estate market is a plus
