Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Generating leads and prospecting for potential home loan customers. 
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets. 
  • Managing and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients. 
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. 
  • Client Interaction and Counseling:
  • Understanding client needs and financial situations to recommend suitable home loan products. 
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on various loan options, interest rates, and repayment terms. 
  • Explaining complex loan procedures in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns. 
  • Loan Application Processing:
  • Assisting clients with the loan application process, including gathering necessary documents and information. 
  • Verifying documents and ensuring accuracy and completeness of applications. 
  • Tracking the progress of loan applications and ensuring timely processing. 
  • Compliance and Regulations:
  • Adhering to all relevant financial rules and regulations. 
  • Maintaining client confidentiality and protecting sensitive information. 
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Staying updated with the latest trends and developments in the mortgage industry. 
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. 
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction. 
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in the financial services or mortgage industry, is highly desirable. 
  • Skills:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM and other relevant software. 
  • Knowledge of financial products, regulations, and industry trends.
