Role Description:

This is full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at Simple Express Pvt Ltd Sri Lanka Located in Colombo. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, prospecting new clients, managing client relationships, and achieving sales target.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, ideally in logistics, e-commerce, or courier services and Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and courier service industry in Sri Lanka.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• A valid Sri Lankan driving license (motorcycle and/or light vehicle).
• Knowledge of logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
• Possess experience in courier service/small package knowledge is preferred
• Excellent communicator, creative problem solver and have an analytical approach to developing sales strategy
• Strong customer base and hunter personality
• Customer Relationship Management Skills
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing sales team.
