Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Nugegoda. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead the sales team, develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, and drive the achievement of sales targets. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and coordinating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the technology and digital transformation industry is a plus
