HEAD OF SALES - GENERAL TRADE

The ideal candidate should have the following prerequisites.

• With over 05 years of sales experience in FMCG/Food/Beverage arena with not less than 20 years of General Trade managerial experience.

• Candidates should hold a Degree from a recognised University, with professional qualifications such as an MBA, Business Degree, CIM or SLIM Diploma considered as an advantage.

• Need to demonstrate strong drive and passion to succeed and motivate the assigned general trade, to exceed the set Sales Targets / Key Performance Indicators.

• High level of integrity and trust with the ability to foster win-win relationships with key business contacts.

Salary is negotiable based on the experience of the applicant. Other perquisites comprise company maintained vehicle, medical insurance scheme and incentive etc.
