1.Business Development & Market Expansion 

  • Identify, approach, and engage prospective clients in need of software development, digital transformation, or IT consulting services.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, with a strong focus on enterprise and mid-size businesses.
  • Represent the company at industry events, tech forums, and networking opportunities to raise brand visibility.
  • Position the company as a trusted offshore/hybrid technology partner for the Japanese market.

2. Sales Cycle & Client Management 

  • Lead end-to-end sales processes: from lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and negotiation to contract signing.
  • Coordinate closely with technical and delivery teams (onshore and offshore) to craft tailored solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

3. Strategic Contribution 

  • Collaborate with the Country Director to define market entry strategies, service offerings, pricing models, and customer experience improvements.
  • Provide insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine go-to-market plans.
  • Contribute to building a high-performance, client-centric sales culture in the Japan office.

 

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT outsourcing, software sales, or technology consulting—preferably with 2+ years working in the Japan market.
  • Strong knowledge of offshore/hybrid delivery models (Vietnam – Japan is a plus).
  • Existing client network in the Japanese enterprise sector is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in Japanese (N1 level) and proficient in English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, independent working style, and excellent interpersonal skills.
