Position Overview​

We are seeking an experienced and results - driven IT Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and growing our IT sales business, developing strategic sales plans, and managing a high - performing sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry, strong sales acumen, and excellent leadership skills to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.​

Key Responsibilities​

Sales Strategy and Planning​

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve annual sales targets, aligning with the company's overall business goals. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and potential growth areas in the IT sector.​
  • Set clear sales targets and quotas for the sales team, and regularly review and adjust strategies based on market dynamics and performance results.​

Team Leadership and Management​

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their sales skills and performance. Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and develop individual development plans for team members.​
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork, innovation, and a customer - centric approach within the sales team. Encourage the sharing of best practices and knowledge to drive continuous improvement.​

Customer Relationship Management​

  • Build and maintain strong, long - term relationships with key customers, including enterprise clients, strategic partners, and decision - makers. Understand their business requirements, pain points, and IT needs, and provide customized solutions and value - added services to meet their expectations.​
  • Proactively engage with customers to identify upsell and cross - sell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams such as pre - sales, technical support, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction and successful solution implementation.​

Business Development​

Qualifications and Requirements​

Education​

Experience​
