Banking is moving out of banks and becoming a part of customers' daily digital lives. Inbank's financing solutions are embedded seamlessly into the shopping journey of 6,000+ retailers. This helps our merchant partners to grow their businesses while end customers get to benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ people working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and the Czech Republic.
We are looking for a
Sales Manager to join our digital
Czech bank with Estonian fintech roots.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with key partners—large retail chains, Apple Premium Partners, online retailers, brokers, etc. This includes negotiating with headquarters, motivating and training sales teams, running joint projects, and constantly seeking opportunities to improve results in the area of personal loans.
We are ambitious and continue to grow, expanding our portfolio of partners, products, and services. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to introduce new ideas, attend meetings, set things up, and follow them through to results. We're in the business of financing client needs and purchases—our solutions are competitive, and the market finds them interesting.
We're not a traditional corporation, which means you'll have the opportunity to learn, influence, and help build the way we work—from business processes and collaboration models to contract documentation and partner systems.
We're looking for a colleague who is focused on business results and partner satisfaction—someone who is reliable, open to new ideas and always looking for opportunities to improve. At Inbank, everyone has the chance to speak up and suggest how things can be done differently and better.
If you're someone who loves ownership, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and enjoys working with partners to build something meaningful, come join us!
