Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Achieve team & individual business target, drive revenue growth and gain market share
- Identify the projects with high growth potential and acquire resources/ competencies to maximize design wins, including the involvement/support of the relevant HQ departments
- Monitor the sales and demand creation activities, and provide appropriate sales reporting timely
- Team up with marketing, application engineers, system engineers &management to achieve defined target
- Build strong and long-lasting relationship with customers
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Minimum a bachelor degree
- At least 5 years work experience related to sales is preferred
- Familiar with MNC internal working process & timely written reporting
- Good interpersonal & communication skill for business propositions
- Ability to work under pressure from both internal & external
- Ability to articulate well business proposal along with technical across all levels of hierarchy
- Fluent written & oral English for business
