Sales Manager | Healthcare | Colombo | Full-time

Our client, a leading healthcare company, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive business growth, and manage high-performing teams across designated territories.

What You’ll Do:

• Achieve sales targets across cash and credit channels
• Manage and analyze product-wise & area-wise sales performance, including P&L
• Oversee distributor activities: credit control, inventory management & collections
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend action plans
• Develop and implement strategic area business plans
• Optimize resource deployment during peak sales periods
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; CIM/SLIM qualifications a plus
• 5–7 years in sales management, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of sales metrics
• Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
