About the role


We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive the commercial success of Havaianas across the North Central region of Europe, with a strong emphasis on the German market. You will be the main commercial lead in the area, working closely with retailers, agents, and distributors to fuel growth, strengthen brand presence, and ensure long-term partner satisfaction.

You will collaborate daily with internal teams such as Operations and Commercial Excellence and work together with the Senior Manager of the region. This is a remote role based in Germany, with regular travel required within the region and to Madrid.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored key account strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify, prioritize, and grow key accounts in the German market and beyond.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors.
  • Act as the go-to point of contact for commercial partners.
  • Drive daily execution of At-Once business and support seasonal planning.
  • Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Sales forecasts and accounts budget management.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Commercial Excellence, and external agents for business development & growth
  • Share market insights and customer feedback internally to support continuous improvement.
  • Reporting on key account performance and regional trends.
  • Analyze data to identify new opportunities and improve efficiency.


What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably in retail, fashion, or FMCG.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build strategic partnerships.
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency highly valued.
  • Based in Germany, with availability to travel.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
