We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives for
DevOps services and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in DevOps practices, coupled with a proven ability to drive sales growth in the tech or SaaS space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop, execute, and refine sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across key DevOps product lines.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and qualify potential customers via inbound leads, outbound efforts, channel partners, and industry events.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
- Customer Advocacy: Understand customer pain points and business needs, and effectively position DevOps tools as optimal solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, marketing, and customer success teams to drive the full sales cycle

Technical Knowledge:
Solid understanding of
DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native tools, and the software development lifecycle.
Sales Expertise:
Proven track record of success in
technology or SaaS sales, especially within software development or IT operations environments.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and confidently.
Customer Orientation:
Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer experience and long-term value.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to interpret and analyze data to inform sales strategy, forecast pipeline, and optimize performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling Atlassian, HashiCorp, JetBrains, JFrog, or Sonar products or similar DevOps tools.
- Understanding of enterprise IT environments and modern development practices.
- Familiarity with partner/channel sales models is a plus
