This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager for Agri Inputs, located in Kathmandu. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing strategies to meet sales targets, building relationships with clients, and monitoring market trends. The role requires regular interactions with farmers, distributors, and other stakeholders to promote and sell agricultural input products.

• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles
• Experience in the agricultural sector, particularly in agri inputs
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market research and trend analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
