About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and high-performing Sales Manager to lead growth for our DAPS business unit at Canarys. This role involves driving consultative sales of cutting-edge solutions in Web & App Development, Digital Assurance, and AI/ML-powered platforms. You’ll work closely with clients across industries to position Canarys as a strategic partner in their digital transformation journey.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive B2B sales for digital offerings including AI/ML solutions, low-code/no-code platforms, DevOps, and custom enterprise applications.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and solution pitching to contract closure and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Solutioning teams to deliver high-impact GTM strategies.
  • Build and grow relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, understanding their business pain points and aligning Canarys’ offerings.
  • Contribute to revenue forecasting and P&L goals, ensuring healthy pipeline and strategic account growth.


Requirements:
  • 6–9 years of sales experience in IT/Software Services, with proven exposure to selling AI/ML or digital transformation solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the modern tech landscape—.NET, Azure/AWS, automation, and enterprise AI.
  • Proven track record of consultative selling and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with solution teams and managing mid to large-size deals.
