Job Description:


The role of the Sales Manager is to recruit, train, organize, direct, and motivate the sales organization in a manner that complements the goals and purpose of the company.

The Sales Manager must be willing to lead by example and through demonstration. S/he will be responsible for setting a sales strategy, building out a sales team, and leading this team to achieve communicated goals. Expertise in process improvement and the ability to leverage tools and technology to drive results will be critical to the ideal candidate's success.


Responsibilities:


  • Grow the sales department revenue and profits.
  • Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and overall skill development of sales personnel.
  • Improve and implement a sales training program, with best practices and sales coaching.


Compensation & Benefits:


  • Base Salary: $120,000-$140,000
  • Bonus Opportunities: 25-30% additional earning opportunities
  • Auto Allowance: $3600/year ($150 per pay period)
