Sales Manager (Home base):

Responsibilities:

• Identify Customers and opportunities in the Pacific Rim
• Engage in customer sales calls - research, contact, schedule, and conduct sales meetings at customer accounts as a product expert
• Find and develop new customers in similar industry segments as well as new industry segments.
• Grow market share from existing customers.
• Define and implement sales strategies for each account including manufacturing representative involvement
• Travel within Asia Pacific (50%)

Requirements:

• Graduate Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• 5 years' sales experience in manufacturing / automation industry
• Fluent in verbal and written technical English communication
• Fluent in verbal and written technical Chinese communication
• Unrestricted worldwide travel capability
• Experience in both direct and indirect selling environments
• Willing to travel extensively
• Proactive and target-oriented personality
