A dynamic leader who is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the RV dealership, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with customers to drive business growth. Someone who thrives on motivating high-performing sales teams to exceed targets. This key role involves formulating and executing effective sales strategies, leading and motivating sales staff, and ensuring a seamless sales process to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. This position demands exceptional leadership, communication, analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of sales principles and strategies.
Key Requirements
Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance dealership performance.
Train and mentor sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through outstanding service and support.
Organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows to increase brand awareness.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations in sales practices.
Collaborate with other departments, including finance and service, to enhance customer
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
Knowledge of RV products and market trends is an advantage.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
Highly ambitious and looking to grow within a fast-paced environment.
High level of commitment and willingness to learn.
Experience in supervising and managing staff
