Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for an Assistant General Manager/General Manager Sales in Real Estate. The role involves overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, managing sales, CP, and teams, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

  • Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Team Leadership skills
  • Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills
  • Experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
