Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those to plans to the upper management.


Responsibilities:

· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

· Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

· Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking and social media

· Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.

· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

· Business Development in the region.

· Architect/PMC/Speeder relationships building consultants.

· RFP/ Tender understanding the requirement/submission/closure responsibilities.


Qualifications

  • MBA (Sales & Marketing) or PGDM


Experience

· 5-6 years of experience from the Furniture/ Carpets and Building industry with an interiors background.

  • Pan India
