Summary

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategies for developing business solutions and achieving the organization's goals
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior and develop strategies and action plans
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key

demographics

  • Identify and engage with new customers across the territory
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
  • Evangelize the product, delight customers by anticipating/understanding their needs and

proposing the best solutions

  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's

relationship with them

  • Generating leads and close deals to meet the organization's growth objectives
  • Develop techno-commercial documents or presentations to explain the product information,

pricing, benefits, etc.

  • Implement the company’s marketing & branding strategy to enhance the company’s reputation

/ positioning in the marketplace

  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, industry associations, etc. in the territory

Skills And Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a start-up environment
  • Previous experience of selling AMRs to factories is a must
  • Must have handled automotive customers
  • Proven record showcasing strategic customer wins
  • Ability to translate business strategies into implementation
  • Aware of commercial aspects of the business
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
  • Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management
  • Openness to travel
