Summary

Blue Aerospace, a HEICO subsidiary, is a Global Supply Chain Provider, and an industry leader in the provisioning of a wide range of innovative services and support concepts to military end users and their maintenance partners worldwide. We focus on the aftermarket support of platforms and systems, working closely with customers and OEMs, and often investing on their behalf in inventories, and support methodologies, allowing for their continued mission-readiness. We are looking for a Sales Manager for our Tamarac location. Responsibilities: * Promptly and accurately responds to prospective or existing customer information requests. Monitors/follows up on sales activities throughout the process to meet or exceed customer requirements from initial contact to order fulfillment. * Manage all client communications and conflict resolution for assigned accounts. * Effectively develops and manages trusted relationships for assigned customers/accounts. * Effectively communicates with customers regarding current product information and provides accurate and detailed pricing, quotes, and input on products and final solutions * Delivers solutions or finds new opportunities for a positive customer experience utilizing independent judgment and sales methodology. * Consistently delivers revenue or profit that supports and drives the account/customer to meet financial sales metrics. * Working in a team environment, proactively coordinates sales efforts and strategies with internal resources such as Quality, Purchasing and Operations. * Developing and maintain an excellent knowledge and understanding of our business offerings, competitors, and industry. * Maintains an effective follow up process to ensure that opportunities are properly captured. * Other duties as assigned.
