Position Overview:

The Sales Liaison is a vital bridge between the Apex Infusion Sales Team and operational departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination to meet business objectives. This role provides essential support to the field sales team, streamlining processes, addressing challenges, and fostering collaboration across departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales team and operational departments, addressing and resolving inquiries efficiently.
  • Assist in onboarding new patients by coordinating with operations to ensure the timely and accurate exchange of information.
  • Track and manage sales leads, referrals, and progress through internal systems, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.
  • Support the sales team with operational insights, including updates on inventory, scheduling, and patient flow.
  • Facilitate the timely delivery of materials and resources needed for field sales activities.
  • Collaborate with operations to identify and resolve service delays or bottlenecks impacting patient care or sales efforts.
  • Prepare reports and metrics on sales performance, operational efficiencies, and patient onboarding timelines.
  • Maintain knowledge of Apex Infusion’s services, processes, and industry regulations to provide accurate information and ensure compliance.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in a liaison, coordination, or similar support role in a healthcare or sales environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools, including CPR+.
  • Familiarity with healthcare and infusion therapy processes.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
