Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Lead. The Sales Lead will be responsible for managing sales activities, training staff, and delivering excellent customer service. Key daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, ensuring sales targets are met, and providing effective communication and leadership to the sales team.

• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to effectively train and develop team members
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills
• Experience in the fashion retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
