Role Overview
We’re looking for a
Sales & Key Account Manager to drive our growth across Europe. This hybrid role blends business development with strategic account management, and we’re seeking someone who can also act as a
trusted ESG expert and consultant. You'll help organizations accelerate their sustainability journeys using C-MORE’s platform, while deepening our relationships with key clients and leading conversations on ESG best practices.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across Europe, especially within high-impact industries
- Position C-MORE’s sustainability solutions as a strategic asset to potential and existing clients
- Understand clients’ ESG maturity and challenges, tailoring our approach to their unique needs
- Deliver compelling demos, proposals, and lead contract negotiations end to end
- Act as a strategic consultant, guiding clients on ESG frameworks, regulatory developments, and sustainable practices
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, driving retention, expansion, and client success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business and expansion goals
- Represent C-MORE in sustainability-related conversations and events, reinforcing our position as an ESG thought leader
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or sustainability consulting
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to engage with both operational and C-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of ESG topics, frameworks (e.g., CSRD, GRI, SASB), and market trends
- Ability to act as an external ESG reference — someone clients turn to for clarity and insight
- Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
- Self-starter who thrives in remote, fast-growing, international teams
