Our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company, with HQ in Germany and Phil office in Alabang, Muntinlupa, is in need of a Sales Force Effectiveness and Sales Admin Manager. The role will report to the General Manager and will supervise the SFE and Sales Admin team.

Job Summary:

Commercial Excellence

• Drives sales force excellence by putting in place an adequate and relevant assessment systems and tools to measure and provides assistance in the development of a PMR’s and DM’s performance vs. established key performance indicators.
• Designs and implements duly approved Incentive Scheme that supports the corporate strategic thrust of the company and calculates the required sales force incentives, based on approved guidelines, accordingly.
• Promotes product learning among PMRs and DMs, in coordination with the Product Managers, by conducting periodic Knowledge and Selling Skills Training.

Sales Admin:

• Ensures that all stakeholders concerned operate within the framework of existing Order to Cash Cycle related SOPs.
• Provides relevant information related to sales to be able to provide accurate and timely information that affects the financial performance of the company.

Skills and Qualifications:

• University four-year Degree in Statistics, Marketing or Economics
• Should have at least ten (10) years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. Exposure in a multinational environment is preferred.
• Exposure in Sales is a plus. Substantial experience in training and sales operations or marketing Knowledge and application of Order to Cash Transactions
• Knowledge in operations management related to sales, distribution and inventory control of trade channels
• With strong leadership skills and business acumen
• Able to deal with people at all levels in a confident and professional manner
• Keen eye for details and well organized
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
