Job Description
Our Client is seeking high-performing Sales Executives and Area Sales Managers to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidates will have proven experience in government and corporate sales in the
construction equipment vehicle domain, and a strong grasp of tendering, market research, and project promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle both government and corporate clients, ensuring strong relationships and client retention
- Engage in Government Tendering, Liaison, PR, Corporate Meetings, and Joint Ventures
- Verify and manage Tender Technical Documentation
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and implement effective marketing strategies
- Customize marketing materials to suit client/market requirements
- Identify new business opportunities via tender portals and publications
- Represent the company in pre-bid meetings and manage tender submissions
- Collaborate with potential JV partners, negotiating agreement terms
- Coordinate with the finance team to prepare financial proposals and bids
- Lead financial negotiations with clients
- Conduct pre-site visits for viability assessment, pricing, and labor analysis
- Manage order finalization and negotiation
- Build and maintain strong government and corporate liaison
- Ensure timely responses to official queries and maintain strong public relations
Requirements
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of tendering and bidding processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in Government Liaison and Corporate Sales
- Ability to manage technical and financial documentation
- Comfortable with multilingual communication – English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil
