Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur for a Sales Executive position. The role is to drive the growth of product RentSafe.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing strategic sales & marketing plans for RentSafe product.
• Creating and managing targeted marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Generating and optimizing a sales funnel to drive qualified leads and customer conversions for RentSafe
• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Collaborating closely with the expats groups in Kuala Lumpur to align goals and strategies
• Communicating effectively with potential clients

This role requires a results-driven individual with a passion for marketing innovation and tenant advocacy.

Qualifications

• Effective Communication skills
• Proven experience in Sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in Expats Tenants related services is a plus
