The Role Due to continued national expansion, we are growing our internal sales team and are currently hiring three Sales Executives. In this role, you will manage qualified inbound leads, remotely assess customer properties, and guide homeowners through the journey of adopting renewable energy solutions—primarily Solar PV. Working closely with our design and operations teams, you’ll play a key role in helping homeowners reduce their energy bills and environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities Convert qualified leads into sales through consultative, solution-based selling Support and manage customers through the sales journey from initial inquiry to final decision Work closely with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular feedback and insights to management Continuously develop product knowledge across solar PV and other energy efficiency technologies The Ideal Candidate A motivated self-starter with a “go-getter” attitude Strong interest in sustainability and the renewable energy sector A confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team Organised and capable of managing a busy sales pipeline.
