 We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Sales Executive responsibilities include pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.


Objective

A sales executive is to generate revenue for their organisation by selling products or services to customers. To achieve this overarching goal, sales executives typically have several key objectives and responsibilities:

Key Activities

  • Generate Leads from cold calling, networking & other sources. 
  • Daily Meetings with prospective Clients 
  • Follow up on the Leads Generated 
  • Present & promote products to existing and prospective customers
  •  Develop and maintain customer relationships


Skills Required (Job Specific)

  • Domain Experience ( FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS ) or Safety services field 
  • Language Proficiency ( English or Hindi ) 
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets, PPT, etc.,) 
  • Experience with CRM software 
  • Comfortable in delivering presentations. 
  • Communication Skills 
  • Team Player 
  • Confident & Soft-Spoken 
  • Attractive Personality 
  • Strong Follow up Skills 
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints 
  • Persistent and results-oriented 
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection


Requirements and skills

  • Proficiency in English & Hindi, Local language.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel; knowledge of any CRM is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A lot of Patience and calmness to handle clients.
  • Proficiency in MS excel/google sheet/PPT knowledge, Knowledge of Excel formulas like V-lookup, pivot tables, query and import range etc., is a plus.


Education

  • Graduate 
  • ITI, Diploma or B-Tech (Electrical, Mechanical)


Experience

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Sales Executive. / Fresher 
  • Age - 22 to 35 Years
  • Gender - Male 


Expected Salary

  • Upto 15000 - 25000 (T&C Applicable) (Bike, License) required.
