Role Summary

As a Business Development lead, you will represent Pierson Wireless in a consultative role, aligning solutions with customer needs. You will identify and close new business, as well as manage and lead the upselling of existing accounts, perform sales and technical discussions with clients, and be part of the stages of communication initiatives, from proposal and requirements definition to project planning and implementation. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential.


Responsibilities

  • Sales experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Understanding of telecommunications systems and technology.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Establish, build, and manage client relationships.
  • Interact with customers at the technical level, as required.
  • Remain current on relevant technical information by attending meetings, conferences, task forces, events, and trade shows.
  • Support and coordinate customer documentation (Presentations, RFP Responses, Quotes, Estimates, ROM, etc.)
  • Client presentations and preparation of proposals and documents.
  • Apply Pierson Wireless standard processes throughout the design and fulfillment of wireless solutions.
  • Perform a variety of activities and functions to support the company and help broaden your knowledge of the business.
