Summary

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.


Responsibilities:

  • To achieve the sales targets as set by the Management.
  • To handle sales enquiries including telephone enquiries and walk-in.
  • Effectively promote and sell the company’s properties.
  • Conduct presentation and property viewing for potential buyers, effectively communicating key features, benefits and value propositions to drive sales.
  • To advise purchasers on bank loan/end financing procedures.
  • To collect down payment and ensure the signing of the S&P and loan approval.
  • Work with marketing team to execute marketing campaign.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in Marketing or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of property sales experience. However, fresh graduates with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be added advantage.
  • Outgoing & friendly personality.
  • Possess own transport and willing to work on weekends.
