Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Lucknow. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing and executing sales strategies, providing after-sales support, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall business goals. The Sales Executive will also report on sales activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and lead generation
  • Skills in customer relationship management and after-sales support
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and report on sales performance
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Experience in fintech or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
