Bakhtawar Enterprises – Real Estate & Builders is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with knowledge of construction and renovation work.

As a Sales Executive, you will handle leads provided by the company, communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, provide quotations, conduct site visits (when needed), and convert leads into successful projects.

• Call and follow up with assigned leads.
• Understand client needs for construction and renovation.
• Share accurate quotations and proposals.
• Visit project sites when necessary.
• Convert prospects into clients through consistent follow-up and trust-building.
• Maintain records of communications, quotations, and lead status.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project delivery.

• Experience in sales (preferably in construction, renovation, or real estate).
• Basic understanding of construction materials and renovation processes.
• Excellent communication skills (Urdu and English).
• Tech-savvy: WhatsApp, Google Sheets, basic CRM tools.
• Must be proactive, organized, and willing to visit sites (own transport preferred).
• Education: Intermediate or Bachelor's (Civil/Technical background is a plus).
