Role Overview:

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth by selling company products or services. This role involves strategic planning, market research, client presentations, negotiation, and closing sales. A Sales Executive is expected to maintain long-term customer satisfaction and represent the brand professionally in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Market Outreach: Identify and onboard retail chemists, grocery stores, ayurvedic outlets, and general stores in the assigned territory for ANSU's range of personal care and healthcare products (Toothpaste, Toothpowder, etc.).

2.      Sales & Order Generation: Promote ANSU’s product benefits, schemes, and offers to ensure regular order placement and product movement.

3.     Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and Dentist to ensure brand loyalty and repeat orders.

4.     Coordination & Delivery Follow-up: Collaborate with the supply and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients.

5.     Data & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, order volumes, payments, outstanding dues, and market feedback for regular reporting.

6.     Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales targets and actively work towards growing the company’s market share in the designated region.

7.     Market Intelligence: Collect and report competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences to support product positioning and strategy.

Qualification & Experience:

1.     Have passed MBA (Marketing & Sales) from any recognized University of India

2.     Have 5+ years of experience in selling FMCG Products/Ayurvedic Products/Dental Products.

3.     Have soft skills and inter personal communication skills

4.     Have experience of preparing documents, internet & social media-based promotion and advertising.

5.     Should be good in giving presentation to the clients/ conferences and product exhibitions.

Salary: 9.6 LPA.   (negotiable)
