Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE + Commission

I’m currently partnering with a leading events and media company that will soon be hiring for a Delegate Sales Executive to join their growing commercial team.

If you have experience in delegate sales or a strong track record in outbound B2B sales and are looking for your next opportunity within a fast-paced, international environment, this could be a great fit.

What to Expect (When the Role Goes Live):

• Selling delegate passes for a portfolio of global B2B conferences and events
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Building relationships with senior-level professionals across industries
• Working as part of a collaborative team with clear progression opportunities
• Hybrid working model based out of a London office
• Uncapped commission and strong earning potential

Ideal Background:

• 2+ years in delegate sales or outbound B2B sales
• Confident communicator, especially over the phone
• Results-driven, resilient, and motivated by targets
• Keen to work across international markets and events
