About the job?

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our High Efficiency Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger solutions in the Energy market (Oil & Gas, Petrochemistry & Refinery).

As a Sales Engineer, Your Role Will Be To

  • Manage and grow the project pipeline of key accounts in the energy industry
  • Understand customer processes and propose tailor-made solutions for our specialized Shell & Tube heat exchanger range
  • Build strong long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Prepare and lead an optimized and competitive technical-commercial offer process, in collaboration with our internal teams
  • Negotiate several M€ contracts
  • Monitor & report market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Use the CRM tool and other sales platforms in a qualitative manner to support the sales process and ensure high quality data for risk management and decision making

What you know ?

  • 10+ years of technical sales experience in the Energy sector
  • Strong knowledge of Shell & Tube heat exchanger product and markets
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Process, or related field)
  • Experience working with EPCs, Licensors and end-users in complex project environments in the Energy sector
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and site support (approx. 25%)
