The Role : Sales Engineer

As part of euNetworks continued customer and infrastructure growth, we are looking for a Sales Engineer to join the Sales team based in Sofia.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside Account Directors on a broad variety of our targeted accounts.

As a Sales Engineer you may be looking for variety in your customer base, perhaps the chance to specialise in a focused product area or maybe you would like to start designing international solutions. If any of these sound appealing, we’d like to speak with you.

What will you be doing?

• Engage with customers in a pro-active manner to establish requirements. Provide advice and guidance to customers where needed. Be responsive to requests for information on technical and commercial (cost related) issues.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that technical designs are fully costed ready for commercial approval.
• Develop bespoke solutions for specific customer requirements, and wherever possible promote the euNetworks product set, network capabilities and brand proposition
• Work seamlessly across Sales, Delivery and Engineering functions to ensure your customer solutions have the focus required for both design and delivery phases.

Team structure:

You will receive guidance and support from Senior SEs, Subject Matter Experts, and Sales Engineering Managers

What do we want from you?

• Good knowledge of DWDM, optical technology, dark fibre, cloud services, routing, switching, Ethernet, IP & Internet
• Experience in the telecommunications sector, possibly experience in Sales Engineering/Pre Sales. Alternatively, experience may have been as a Service Activation or Network Engineer.
• Applications skill set across network inventory applications, Microsoft Office applications including Visio, Salesforce.com, Google Earth KMZ’s.
