  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Set and meet sales targets depend on customers’ forecast and market trend.
  • Frequently travel and engage with customers and prospects to understand their needs, products requirements.
  • Record accurately of sales activities, customer interactions (visit reports, phone call, email etc.), customer forecasts and so on.
  • Negotiate sales terms to close deals while maximizing profit margins.
  • Manage the sales process from inquiry to order fulfillment, make the forecast of repeat orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collecting information on market trends, competitor products (features, price, lead-time etc.), competitor activities and market developments to identify new opportunities and challenges. Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor and Major in Engineering bachelor degree 2. 5-years work experience, and minimum 3 years in Sales role, mechanical and hydraulics products sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
  • Fluency in English.
