Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage sales leads for renewable energy solutions and services.
  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close strategic deals, partnerships, and agreements.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the renewable energy market, including regulatory, economic, and industry trends.
  • Leverage existing network of customer accounts and opportunities within the Philippines.
  • Demonstrate clear knowledge of investments in renewable energy projects, innovation initiatives, and energy infrastructure.
  • Understand and address customer pain points, and support risk assessment and mitigation planning.
  • Coordinate with local and regional teams to:
  • Review and develop preliminary designs.
  • Create budgetary and firm control estimates.
  • Define electrical scope and procurement packages for proposed solutions.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

  • Minimum 3 years solid experience as Sales Engineer from reputable companies
  • Must have a proven track record of sales experience of at least 3 consecutive years in one company.
  • Consistently generating sales shown in his/her experience
  • Good network in any two industries such as Power, Renewable, Water & Waste Water
  • Preference for any of the following such as Electrical, Computer or I&C Engineering discipline
  • Knowledge of Industrial Automation is preferable
