We keep growing our business and we are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our dynamic Sales Team.

To be the ideal candidate you must be a problem solver, an analytical thinker and have a customer-centric mentality. Your goal is support the needs of our current customers but also to find new sales prospects by developing and building mutually beneficial relationships with key market stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth for principals under responsibility
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Create frequent Sales Reports on area of responsibility
  • Manage newbuilding or conversion projects materialized in Greece
  • Negotiate offers and contract terms, handle possible customer complaints
  • Identify sales opportunities and analyze market to define target customers
  • Develop sales plan for principals under responsibility
  • Collaborate with other departments to align efforts and reach sales goals
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge on technologies under responsibility
  • Provide excellent customer service and focus on customer satisfaction


Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering (Naval Architecture or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
  • Excellent Command of English Language (C2 level)
  • Work experience of at least 5 years in the marine sector in Greece
  • Ability to handle technical and commercial negotiations
  • Mastery of common standard software, MS Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and curious
  • Customer-centric mentality
  • High level of commitment and flexibility
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
