About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between our technical solutions and the client’s needs, providing expert advice and closing deals that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the designated territory.

2. Identify and prospect new customers, including industrial facilities, commercial buildings, warehouses, distribution centres, Govt departments, and other potential clients.

3. Build strong relationships with existing customers to promote repeat business and generate referrals.

4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about products features, benefits, and applications.

5. Provide customized solutions and recommendations based on the client's needs and requirements.

6. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts promptly and professionally.

7. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions and customer satisfaction.

8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

9. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote BRIC products and services and expand the professional network.

10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data using CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred..
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry and experience selling industrial equipment are highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
