Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer based in Mumbai, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging in sales engineering activities, and collaborating with customers to identify and solve their technical needs. Additional duties include understanding customer requirements, delivering presentations, demonstrating products, and assisting in the sales process. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Major field of sales will be in Fire protection, HVAC and Utility piping projects.

• Technical Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to understand and solve technical challenges
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Experience in the Fire industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
