The Sales Engineer will drive the sales cycle from building customer relationships, generating inquiries, design solutions to closing sales. You will work closely with the sales manager, technical manager & other functional teams in KSA market. You are a people-focused with passion in solving customer’s problem and attentive to details.
Responsibilities
· Conduct routine technical product presentation/demonstration at lunch and learn sessions with channel partners and customers.
· Qualify and convert incoming leads into sales opportunities and close business.
· Participate in tradeshows and other marketing initiative with focus to raise product awareness and increase sales.
· Build working knowledge of competing products and strategize to sell against them
· Collaborate with technical support team to provide timely customer support.
· Responsible to update CRM tool information.
Requirements
· At least 1-3 years’ experience in KSA region.
· Bachelor or advanced degree in technical fields preferred.
· Experience in technical sales with preference in building management system, HVAC, fire systems or industrial controls in mission critical facilities.
· Experience and contacts in data center and commercial building projects required.
· Exposure to O&G market a plus but not required.
· Understanding of sensing technology and monitoring system.
· Fluent in Arabic preferred.
· Proficient in computer skills ideally experience with take-off tools such as Bluebeam and Adobe etc.
· Ability to travel within KSA market up to 50%.
