KEMET, a YAGEO company, is currently seeking a Sales Engineer in Texas who will plan and carry out the Reference Designs at the assigned Semiconductor customers through direct and distribution channels in North America.
Qualifications
BS degree in Electronic Engineering
Magnetics design experience is a PLUS
Easy to talk to and build relationships.
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects at once.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver presentations utilizing Microsoft Office
We welcome collegiate athletes, military veterans, and participants in Greek life.
Experience Requirements
2-3 years of experience as a designer or sales engineer
Live in the Austin/Dallas area
Preferred qualifications include connections or knowledge of the semiconductor industry and ecosystem.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Design YAGEO Parts into new designs.
Work to influence reference designs.
Develop relationships with assigned customers.
Develop further opportunities by crossing all the YAGEO Group product portfolios.
Build intra-company teamwork with your internal support team.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer events.
Potential for up to 50% travel.
