Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales for physical security solutions. Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the offered solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Excellent Communication and Sales abilities
• Proficient in Customer Service and client management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant experience in physical security solutions is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
