Responsibilities
· Put the forecasting plan, Targets, tools required, activities…etc.
· Negotiate sales contracts, finalize sales agreements and ensures timely payment of receivables (collections)
· Responsible to achieve the set sales target.
· Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique
· Submit data and management report on time
· Keep the relations with the existing customers.
· Find new markets and customers.
· Make the pricing and deciding the margin, depending on the history and the existing information and competitors, preparing the offers to the customer.
· Follow up the customers till the final decision.
· Participate in the tenders.
Requirements
· A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Firefighting, Fire Alarm or HVAC Systems.
· Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
· Excellent verbal & written communications skills, presentation skills & interpersonal skills
· Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office applications and English Language
· Self-motivated, resourceful, sales oriented and result driven with knowledge of customer relationship management and strong drive to achieve sales target
· Ability to influence and persuade with great flexibility
