Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting in sales processes, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, collaborating with the sales team to meet targets, analyzing technical requirements, and presenting product solutions to clients.

• Experience in Customer Service
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
