Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support:

• Partner with sales teams to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions using our CDP.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Design and propose solutions that align with the customer's business goals and technical requirements.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other technical documentation with detailed, accurate, and compelling content.

Solution Design:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their data infrastructure, integration needs, and marketing goals.
• Develop data architecture blueprints and integration strategies for the CDP to align with customer systems.
• Provide guidance on best practices for implementing and leveraging the CDP to drive business outcomes.

Technical Expertise & Support:

• Act as a trusted technical advisor during the sales process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during the sales cycle.
• Stay current on product developments, industry trends, and competitive solutions.

Collaboration & Feedback Loop:

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and feature requests.
• Partner with marketing teams to craft use cases, case studies, and technical collateral.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience

• 5-8 years proven experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar role in the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms, data management, and integration technologies.
• Proficiency in API integrations, SQL, and data architecture concepts.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, or analytics tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Hands-on experience with CDP platforms or related ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
