What You'll Do

As a key member of our AV Engineering team, you’ll:

·      Support Sales Teams: Collaborate with sales during early client engagement, assisting in site visits, needs assessments, and presenting solutions.

·      Design Solutions: Translate client requirements into high-performance AV system designs including UC platforms (Zoom/Teams), Audio Systems, LED walls, Camera switching, and Collaboration tools.

·      Develop Documentation: Produce equipment diagrams, infrastructure requirements, executive summaries, and cost estimates.

·      Client-Focused Engineering: Attend design meetings with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure alignment with vision and technical feasibility.

·      Showcase Technology: Coordinate with vendors to demonstrate emerging tech and evaluate products for client presentations.

·      Project Handoffs: Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth transitions from design to implementation.

·      Quality Control: Review completed systems to ensure execution matches design intent.

·      Drive Innovation: Stay up to date on AV trends and mentor others in the department through knowledge-sharing and leadership.

What You Bring

·      5+ years of experience in the AV industry in design or engineering roles.

·      CTS-D and/or CTS-I certification (preferred).

·      Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit (preferred).

·      Strong technical acumen and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·      Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).

·      Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for follow-through and accuracy.

·      Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under deadlines.

·      Collaborative mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
